NEW LP
Metadona Records
It all begins when Juan Sanz “Rouky” travels to London at the end of the 70s and experiences firsthand the Punk that was developing there. Upon his return he settled in Valladolid (1982) and decided to form QLOAQA LETAL. After several line-up changes and the typical problems that came with setting up a band in those years, they entered the studio (1983) and recorded live, one of the most cursed albums of Spanish Punk 80s. 30 years have passed since this recording and the freshness, violence and anguish of its 11 songs still surprises us. If you didn't know them, musically they may remind you of RIP, ESKORBUTO or CICATRIZ with whom they shared stages, or with PERMANENT PARALYSIS... But I would say that QLOAQA LETAL had a totally personal and risky style, as dark and depressing as it was badass and self-destructive. Released for the first time on vinyl, with insert and unpublished photos. Extracted from the original demo and mastered by Dan Randall at Mammoth Sound Mastering (California)
