This is the band´s debut release from 1985. Last Rough Cause from Darlington, UK, went on to be featured on the split LP Skins´n´Punks with Societys Rejects and another split LP with the Welsh punks Anhrefn. That was pretty much it for all of the 80s. The band later reunited and released a few more records. This debut 7", released in only 500 copies, nowadays goes for over 150 euros a piece, so a reissue has been long due. Last Rough Cause play very melodic punk rock not too dissimilar from The Crack, The Sect or Cock Sparrer. Great melodies and choruses, especially on the title track. They have a big following in the skinhead scene, despite them singing about being chased by a skinhead army that wants to beat them up. ;) This is the edition of 300 copies on black vinyl.
